Inaugaration day, the speaker said that the pavillion is among four of the kind of such Sala that are personally commissioned by the Thai King outside of Thailand. It is differnt from the old one because this one bears the seal of the king. The picture of the King and Queen was also display on the inauguration day. |

03-11-2007--The speaker talked about the meaning of the architect, it represent heaven (the tail of the bird) and earth (Naga). It will last for 10 years. |
